Active Space Technologies, S.A.: In 2018, Grupo Bel became the reference shareholder of the Active Space corporate Group, composed of 3 companies dedicated to design and manufacturing of aerospace systems, design and manufacturing of AGVs, and production of insulation materials.

Innovation Center: In 2015, Grupo Bel created the Innovation Center, a research and innovation center, dedicated to development of technological projects, with special attention on the creation of patents associated with the Group companies’ products, combining creativity, efficiency, research, development and education.

Of the completed projects, we highlight the creation of new channels of profitability of the systems of direct sales to the public, which made possible to include advertising in Vending Machines, as well as the creation of an integrated system that allows to manage the orders autonomously, end-to-end, from the orders to the delivery to the retailer.


Jornal Económico: Grupo Bel acquitred, in 2018, a financial stake in  Megafin- Sociedade Editora, S.A., brand owner of Jornal Económico, in order to strengthen its business universe in communication as a long-term strategy. Also, it aims to fostering new competencies in all areas of the Group’s operations and provide new synergies among its companies.

Aximage- Comunicação e Imagem, Lda: The recentest Grupos Bel acquisition – 2020- is dedicated to elaboration, management and commercialization of surveys and opinion and market studies, as well as data processing and analysis.
