Tomás Belo holds a degree in Management and has focused both his academic and professional journey on this field. He completed his secondary education in Economics, which further fueled his passion for business management.

Since finishing his degree, he has been involved in project management across several companies within Grupo BEL, with a strong emphasis on logistics operations and the food & beverage sector. His career has been defined by continuous hands-on learning in two key areas for the Group: logistics and distribution, which are central to Grupo BEL, and the development of private-label brands in the food sector, contributing directly to value creation and market differentiation.
