Bernardo Belo joined Grupo BEL after completing his academic studies in Political Science and International Relations at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He attended Colégio Militar for six years, where he completed his secondary education, an experience that instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and responsibility.

He began his career within the Group in the operational areas of Logistics, with a particular focus on distribution. He held roles at BEL Distribuição, SDT, and, for brief periods, at ADR before it merged with SDT, and became SDT-ADR. Later, he moved into advisory roles with GMG Management, where he has used his academic background to contribute to the strategic development and management of various areas within the Group.
